Description
Dr.S.K.Nagarajan, Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration, Annamalai University having 20 years of teaching and research experience and 9 years of Industrial experience. Having a basic degree in computer science started career in Computer Education, developing software and completed masters in Business Administration. Subsequently completed M.Phil and Ph.D., in Software product development marketing. Guided 5 M.Phil and 7 Ph.D. Scholars. Also guiding 6 Ph.D research scholars. Published several national and international papers. Edited an Book on Case studies published by Shroff Publishers, New Delhi.
Participated in Faculty Development Programme (FDP) at Indian Institute of Ahmedabad (IIM-A) sponsored by UGC and attended various training programmes at IIT-Madras, IIM-Bangalore and BITS-Meshra. Founder Editor of Annamalai International Journal of Business Studies and Research (AIJBSR), Editor-in-Chief Journal of Entrepreneurship and Management (JEM).
Co-ordinator of Entrepreneurial Club, Department of Business Administration and conducted entrepreneurial training to students of Annamalai University. Raised funds and created few endowments for quality improvement of students and faculty members. Organized few National, International Seminars, conferences, workshops. Participated in many conferences, seminars, workshops and developmental programmes.
Also worked at Tamilnadu Police Academy (TNPA) for 4½years to train young police officers in the field of Police Administration, Men management, Police Public Relationship, Communication, Strategic Management, crowd management, IPR, Cyber Crime, Criminology, Stress management and professional ethics. Visiting faculty to Anna Institute of Management, Chennai.
A professional member in various bodies and awarded with Best Faculty Award by All India Management Association, Management committee member of Computer Society of India (CSI) - Chennai Chapter during 2018-2019.
